Casing

All Coils are manufactured with standard casing material as Galvanized Iron having GSM of 270-280. Upon specific requirements, casing can be manufactured with SS / INOX 304, SS / INOX SS 316 or even with Aluminium casing.

Header

All coils are provided with standard Copper Header as per ASTM standard. Water coils are provided with threaded male connectors in Brass or Mild steel material.

Anti-Corrosive Coating

Upon specific requirements, complete coil assembly can be coated with special anti-corrosive coating for use in marine or corrosive environments to extend the life of coils. These coatings have very low Dry Film Thickness (DFT) which ensures negligible or no loss in Heat Transfer property.

Testing

All our coils are tested with dry air / Nitrogen as under water High Pressure testing to ensure there is no leak across any brazing joints. Standard testing for water based coils is 300-350 psi & for DX Coils at 600-650 psi. Upon specific requirements, coils can be tested up to 900 psi with Nitrogen & all our DX coils will be supplied with positive pressure of 25-30 psi.
